- Platform: Slack is our single source of truth for daily communication and real-time updates.
- Organized Flow: Use dedicated channels (
#Announcement, #Team Meetings, #Resources) to keep conversations focused and searchable.
- Response Cadence: Acknowledge or respond to messages within during work hours.
- Etiquette: Communication must be professional, respectful, and constructive. We build each other up.
- Availability: Inform planned leaves, appointments, and emergencies to (@Prasad Krishna) DM.
2. Work Rhythm & Cadence
We value impact and deep work, not just hours clocked.
- Flexible Hours: We operate on a flexible schedule. Your output and ownership matter.
- Focused Work: Commit to a minimum of 3-4 hours of focused, high-impact work daily.
3. Task Ownership & Execution
This is how we track progress and ensure accountability. We have a strong bias for action.
- Tracking: All tasks and project progress are tracked transparently by our Interns Work Log Portal.
- Updates: Post regular progress updates on your work. No blank boxes or 1 liners.
- Alignment: The weekly Friday Town Hall is mandatory for team-wide alignment and celebrating wins.
Data Security & Confidentiality (NDA)
Protecting our intellectual property and client data is mission-critical.
- NDA is Non-Negotiable: All interns must sign and adhere to a strict Non-Disclosure Agreement.
